You can restrict or enable the countries selectable by your recipients on the recipient Widget and Portal, and set the countries you wish to allow. For example, if you only wish to allow recipients from the United States and Canada, and not allow any other country to be selectable in the country drop down list. 

Here is how to set this up:

Step 1

The first thing you'll need to do is Go to Settings > White Label > Recipient Countries.

 
Step 2

Select the countries segmented by the continent you wish to enable. Please note that disabling a country will remove that country from the drop down list that a recipient can select on the Widget and Portal. You can still add recipients for these countries on the Dashboard, CSV file uploads or by API.

This feature can be used in conjunction with our Payout Method country settings, where you can enable or disable specific payout methods (such as Bank Transfers) to a specific country.
