Currently, Venmo is only available in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. 

Payments can only be made in USD. Venmo does not support any other currency currently.

Usually, it takes minutes for the money to be credited to the recipient's Venmo account but due to the various checks and compliance, it might take up to three working days for the money to reach the recipient.

Do I need to make any changes to my PayPal account before I can make payments to Venmo accounts?

No, there are no changes required for your PayPal account and you can start using this service instantly, as soon as you provide your PayPal credentials. 

Can I make a payment to a Venmo account using Venmo handles or e-mail addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service, but if you are interested in it, feel free to contact your CSM to discuss it.

Is there any way to cancel payment to a Venmo account after it was confirmed?

<b>It is not possible to cancel an existing payment to a Venmo account.</b> Once a payment is sent, the funds are available to the recipient right away unless they are stopped for compliance reasons.
