Use the following process to transfer funds between the balances on your account.

Step 1

Go to Balances and then Convert Funds.

Step 2

Select the account you would like to transfer from and enter the amount you would like to transfer.  Once you have typed in the amount the rate of exchange will appear. 

There will be a 10 minute countdown timer which lets you know how long the rate will be locked in for. You have a choice to either transfer the amount or "Refresh Quote" to get a different rate*.

Step 3

Once you select Transfer Now, a confirmation window will appear with the details of the transfer. 

The amount will appear in the specified account within a business day.
